Charlie was the ULTIMATE agent. We emailed 3 travel agencies and only Charlie got back to us in 24 hours (in fact he called us in the US in under 23 minutes) He was always prompt with replies and we loved the personalized web page for our itinerary and payments. The tour was indeed ultimate. Our tour group and driver cried when the two had to part ways at the end. The best parts had to be the White Island Volcano Helicopter landing and seeing penguins in the wild in Doubtful Sound. Can I take my tour coach home?
