Read moreWe chose to tour with Grand Pacific on the South Island Ultimate 10 day trip. What a fantastic and relaxing time we had visiting so many beautiful sites and amazing towns. Staff at hotels, shops, museums and adventure rides were so friendly and welcoming at all times. Our coach driver/guide Roger was so informative, thoughtful and his driving was both safe and highly professional. He was so aware of each and every passengers abilities and needs. He is certainly an asset to his company. Accommodation was very enjoyable and comfortable at most of the stops. One disappointing incident at Franz Joseph - Te Waonui Forest Retreat where my wife slipped whilst stepping into the shower (luckily sustaining no injuries). Upon her reporting this to reception the staff member showed lack of empathy and just said there is a mat they would "look into it". Overall we would highly recommend this holiday to friends and family.
