Booking was a great experience, Louse patiently answered all our questions. We enjoyed the cruise to Hole in the Rock, the tour to Cape Reinga which was a unique experience Tanya made this fun and also enjoyed the mini tour in Russel, Rob is a great guide. Jennifer was also very helpful for our Waitangi experience.

Hard to say what we enjoyed most as each area had it's own uniqueness. The ability to get a pair of mid 70s tourists onto a zip wire was pretty impressive. Thoroughly enjoyable trip with numerous and knowledgeable guides

We enjoyed our trip to NZ immensely. Charlie, the driver who met us at Queenstown airport, 26th January, was a gem. A lovely man, Charlie went above and beyond the call of duty when we encountered problems accessing our booked accommodation on our first night in Queenstown. Highlights included our trip to Milford Sound & the spectacular return trip by small plane. The journey from Queenstown to Greymouth - our guide Hannah was exceptional, she was so knowledgeable and accommodating, our stops at Haast and Hokitika will live long in our memory, Logan (guide) was great too. Both were great ambassadors for your country. We loved the Tranzalpine train journey (Scenic Plus) from Greymouth to Christchurch, it was spectacular. Our entire trip was very well organised and very well paced. Cheeky Kiwi provided an excellent, on-time, service. Having lunch included on our journeys worked out well, the quality and choice of the food offering was good, it was also a welcome opportunity to stop and chat to other people. We were very impressed with all the places we stayed. The location, the facilities on offer and standard of accommodation were all excellent. Having the early morning transfer from our final accommodation to Christchurch airport included worked out very well for us. We were delighted with the entire service provided by Fine Tours from beginning to end. From the initial planning phone call I had with Katie we got a gold standard service throughout. When we couldn't access our accommodation on the first night Fine Tours were there to help out. Now I see I have received a refund of my additional outlay due that arose due to that issue with accessing the Garden Suite Apartments, Queenstown, in my bank account in a seamless fashion. I wish to thank and applaud Katie and the company for the excellent service provided to us. I would also compliment the itinerary provided to us. It was clear and everything ran on time, to plan.

I loved the helicopter ride, landing on the ‘Hole in the Rock’, walking around before getting back on board and flying back to base. It was a perfect time. Perfect weather, and sailing through the whole the day before just completed the experience for me.
I love how smoothly everything was executed, the app was very easy to use and kept current with my holiday itinerary. How friendly and helpful everyone was, and how much I learned from actually being in the mix of it all.

All of our trip was enjoyable. Milford Sound and Franz Josef were highlights for us in terms of beauty. Our tour was a hassle free way to experience the South Island and this was largely down to the organisation and effort that Christina put into the arrangements. Everything ran like clockwork. Everyone we interacted with in terms of transfer services and guiding were so invested in us making amazing memories, and this was definitely achieved. The personable service we received from everyone in Cheeky Kiwi was great and it was really nice to be part of small and intimate groups. I can highly recommend their services. The hotels were of good quality, most notably the Scenic Cotswold in Christchurch. Such a great experience and so many memories made. Thank you!!
Our entire experience was memorable!!

The trip to Milford Sound was amazing, the stop offs were frequent and interesting. It was great to be on the water, the scenery was stunning, the boat was directed near to seals so we could view and photo them. We loved the Transalpine rail journey, the viewing platform made the access to the stunning scenery even better. All our lodgings were comfortable and clean. We particularly enjoyed being in the centre of Christchurch for easy access to the city.
It was overall a great experience supported by friendly and knowledgeable guides. We were also impressed by the support even before the journey started particularly by the phone calls from Katie to our home in England

Quest Hotel Cambridge excellent Faolain guide to Milford Sounds was really a super young man and so attentive to everyone Will our guide for the Golden Coast Cruise and tour of Tasman Nation Park was excellent and Jeff who met us off the train journey was really good too - overall it was a super trip so many places visited all was fantastic and of course a big thank you to Louise for organising everything- thank you
Just to say really enjoyed trip maybe one more night in Queenstown would have been nice but we did have some time pressure Nelson was really nice and we relaxed before we left NZ yesterday

Great hotels great guide and coach captain. Every event we attended was very worthwhile no pressure to attend all the events. Knowledge from the guide and driver was exceptional.every thing was well organised

We learnt so much from their witty commentary. The trip covered all the destinations we were keen to see efficiently. We loved the vistas, coach banter, friendships and experiences. The special Māori dinner and Walter peak dinners stood out. Angela was extremely efficient co-ordinating our trip and we wish to send special thanks. Accurate, efficient and beyond helpful.

Every day of the trip was fantastic. The Millennium Hotel in Queenstown had the nicest rooms!
There was plenty of "liquid sunshine" during our stay, but I must say this added charm to everything

The whole trip was great. Visiting Queenstown was a highlight. A great place to stay for a few days, with an amazing view from the room.

Brilliant well planned tour, great coach captain and leader. The South Island scenery is stunning. We feel we have seen NZ in the 16 days. Queenstown is a great town.
We just had a great time, lovely group of people from Australia, UK, Canada and USA and a tour of one of the nicest countries in the World.

The coach trip to and cruise on Milford Sound was stunning and standing on the Tasman Glacier in bright sunshine beneath Mount Cook was a once in a lifetime experience!
Your service was excellent, prompt, and very caring. We’ll definitely be using Fine Tours/New Zealand Coach Tours if and when we return to Aotearoa!

The Bus drivers were all very personable and informative - That was nice. The beds and accommodation were good + Breakfasts helped us on our way every day. The scenery esp. Mt. Cook and Fiords very impressive. The In-App messaging and updated Itinerary was very helpful. In-App messaging always got a quick reply.

Overall the the entire south Island tour was awesome, really enjoyed every moment. The fox glacier Heli hiking was probably the highlight of our tour, it was a wonderful experience

The Agrodome at Rotorua was probably our best experience because it appealed to all 3 generations in our party. Having said that none of the elements in our itinerary failed to please - so in some respects, the whole trip was the best bit.
A big thank you to Katie Goodman for her patience in putting together an itinerary which met the (conflicting) needs of 3 generations. I appreciate we probably went ‘round the houses’ a couple of times (at least) but ended up having a great time.
