Great hotels great guide and coach captain. Every event we attended was very worthwhile no pressure to attend all the events. Knowledge from the guide and driver was exceptional.every thing was well organised

Brilliant well planned tour, great coach captain and leader. The South Island scenery is stunning. We feel we have seen NZ in the 16 days. Queenstown is a great town.
We just had a great time, lovely group of people from Australia, UK, Canada and USA and a tour of one of the nicest countries in the World.

It was all quite good and very interesting. We were very fortunate with the weather. Favorites were the Milford Sound cruise and an "Air Safari" near Mt. Cook. Accommodations were excellent, and food was over-the-top...I gained 3 lb! Paul was a superb guide and driver. Skilled, knowledgeable, punctual,l and a good sense of humor. Logistics regarding lodging, luggage, etc. were flawless. Excellent value for the money. You all live in a very beautiful country!
We are very glad we made this trip with grand pacific Tours. It was a terrific introduction to New Zealand. I remarked to Paul that, out of the many countries I have visited outside North America, New Zealand is the only one about which I would say, "I would really enjoy living here."

We had high expectations for this trip, and it exceeded those expectations. The whole trip was amazing, from the sunny beaches to the snowy mountains. The people we met, both travelers and New Zealanders, were very friendly and helpful. The coach driver was superb; she had great people skills and a depth of knowledge about the places we went. The coach and driving experience was first class. All meals and rooms were exceptional, and not handling luggage for 3 weeks was a luxury.
Great experience, support for all aspects of the trip from pre-booking research, to booking, trip preparation, arrival, and the tour itself, to departure was flawless and assisted by friendly and knowledgeable people.

We loved both Islands, great scenery picture perfect views in every directions. Bay of Islands and Russell exceptional, Kauri Museum world class and most interesting. Rotorua skyline Breakfast and tour to Te Puia Hot Springs and Education Centre a good day. Wellington great city, the Gallipoli exhibition excellent, not quite enough time in Wellington. Journey from Picton to Christchurch by train and bus along the coast was great. Christchurch to see the rebuild and realize the devastation the 2011 earthquake did was mind setting. Our trip to Franz Josef was curtailed due to weather conditions and heavy snow falls, the tour operators made up for the missed rail trip to Arthur's Pass at the end of our stay by doing the train trip in reverse, Highlights of the trip was across Canterbury Plain and into the Southern Alps with heavy snow falls and mountains covered, Queenstown to Milford Sounds and return to Te Anau was absolutely magical. Dunedin lovely city and great country to drive through. All the hotels were excellent, and dinners were interesting and great with our bus group all getting on so well.
Our coach Hostess Leeanne and Coach Captain Alex were both caring, excellent knowledge and information of their country and a great team to guide us around such a wonderful country.

Loved everything, probably the dolphins following the boat in the Bay of Islands we enjoyed the most.
Probably only need 2 course menu for dinners, food was amazing, but a bit too much

The favourite part of my trip was the Motorbike tour in the Bay of Islands, the Hobbiton visit and the tour of Wellington City.
I thoroughly enjoyed my trip with grand pacific Tours. The coach was first class as was the coach driver/tour guide, the accommodation was overall very good as was the standard of food and the extra tours. Overall organisation was excellent and the New Zealand people were very welcoming.

From the booking to the actual tour, everything ran smoothly without a hitch. The tour leader, ( Krissy ) and coach captain, ( John ) were both amazing with the organizing, helpfulness and knowledge of the areas we were in, and made the tour very interesting and enjoyable.

Our driver Alex was so well informed. He was an excellent driver and always had plan B when unexpected difficulties arose.

Every day was a wonderful experience of scenery and enjoyment of the other bus passengers. Our driver, Lindsay Ferguson was an excellent driver and tour leader. He was safe and very knowledgeable about this beautiful country. The accommodation and service was top class. We would not hesitate to recommend this tour to anyone.

I am writing to advise you that we loved our tour of the South Island in New Zealand. The accommodation was great, the bus very comfortable, and we loved the scenery, the chosen tours we did, and the nature abounding on the Island. Paul Campion, our Tour Leader, was excellent. His knowledge of the history of the Island and his responsibility for driving and caring for everyone in the group were most appreciated. In summary, the tour exceeded our expectations. Thank you for your assistance in organising our trip, and we wish you continued success in the future.

Georgina was very helpful setting up our travel and following through. We were impressed with places visited, hotels and meals. Friendly Australian group for us, only USA members. Daniel's dinner cruise at Bay of Islands could be last night dinner and included. Great! Trip keeps you busy. We enjoyed it all.

Paul was absolutely amazing, accomodation was very comfortable and the sites were breathtaking. Loved every minute of it. Had lots of laughs. Bus was comfortable. Will be recommending your company to all my friends. Best way to see such a beautiful country. Value for money

The booking and the tour were so well organised- faultless. From airport pick up to excellent hotels, and I would love to do the North Island, and be interested in any other tours this company organises.

Our tour director Nick and driver Ben were great. They looked after us and kept us entertained with their knowledge of the history of the North Island and also their Maori songs.

Neisha was fantastic to work with. Everything ran like clockwork.

This was a fantastic trip and I enjoyed every moment of it. Tia was extremely helpful from the first time I contacted her right through to the end. She was approachable, helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The organisation and communication relating to this trip was excellent, everything was covered. Although the days travelling were long, there were plenty of stops and the scenery we passed through was always interesting even before we got to the final destination for the day. Craig our coach driver had an encyclopedic knowledge of the every area, animals and vegetation. His commentary was clear, he was happy to answer questions and the videos he showed relating to where we were going were enjoyable and informative. Every destination was worthwhile and the scenery was beyond beautiful. I couldn't fault it and it was a trip of a lifetime. Thank you
