Making part payments
Once your deposit has been paid, you can usually make partial payments through your online tour itinerary. Select the payment section, adjust the amount you want to pay, and process that amount through the secure payment system.
You don’t normally need to pay the full balance straight after the deposit. Your tour confirmation will show the balance due date, which is commonly set before your itinerary begins. Use the date on your own confirmation, as payment timing can vary by booking.
Splitting payments between travellers
If you want to split the balance between travel companions or different cards, this can usually be arranged. Each payment should be clearly linked to the correct booking so the balance is recorded properly.
